2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 427, 379, 364, 387, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner damaged the construction site and looted away cement bags, stone chips, sand and other materials from the construction site and thereby, caused loss of Rs. Two lacs to the informant. It is further alleged that on 21.08.2023, this petitioner alongwith other F.I.R. named co-accused persons came and demanded extortion money and threatened with dire consequences if the same is not paid to them.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Dhaka, District - East Champaran in connection with Dhaka P.S.
