====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No.54 of 2019 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

The accusation is that in course of search of the PDS shop of the petitioner, it was found that the stock of the shop was not being displayed. On demand, distribution register and cash-memo were not produced by the petitioner. It was also found that the food grains for the months of December, 2018, January and February, 2019 were not distributed to the consumers by the petitioner though the same was received by

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No.54 of 2019.
