Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 324, 325, 307, 323, 335, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault with lathi. Others also allegedly assaulted. After one month of the occurrence of assault, mother of the informant died. There is case and counter case.

Submission is that allegation is general and omnibus.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts of this case, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16802 of 2018 (2) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bousi Police Station Case No. 160 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
