Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 04.11.2019/12.09.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 65128 of 2019 & Cr. Misc. No. 56921 of 2019. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.05.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
