2. The present petition has been filed for modification for correction of Police Station-Shahpur in place of Police StationBihiya of order dated 03.10.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 67777 of 2024 by which the anticipatory bail of the petitioner has been allowed by order of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy.

3. Cr. Misc. No. 81673 of 2024 is faulty inasmuch as it does not show that actually the fault lies on whose door the petition or the order.

4. Accordingly, the same is rejected with a cost of Rs.200/- to be paid to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, granting liberty to file a fresh petition. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U
