ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2019 in connection with Sessions Trial No.335 of 2019 arising out of Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.186 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is false and has been occasioned on account of previous dispute.

However, considering the facts as narrated in the F.I.R. it appears that the petitioner is the main accused. In view of the aforementioned, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
