This is a case registered under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf f the petitioner that the FIR reveals that the petitioner has on her own will consumed the poison and committed suicide due to some domestic dispute. It also appears from the FIR that the intimation regarding suicide was given to the informant but the informant had gone to the victim's house on the next day and lodged the FIR. FIR also does not disclose that prior to suicide the victim has subjected to any ill treatment or misbehaved. Having no criminal antecedents the petitioner is in jail custody since 21.12.2017. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12962 of 2018 (3) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Jagdispur (Goradiah) P.S. Case No. 606 of 2017 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
