Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 354(A), 366(A), 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner and she has already married with the petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection
