Miscellaneous under the provisions of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.

In that view of the matter, Mr. Vibhakar Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present appeal with a liberty to file a fresh bail application under the provisions of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 3.
