2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 20.02.2016, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with S.T. No. 107 of 2016 arising out of Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 103 of 15 having earlier been rejected by order dated 20.08.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33067 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that in subsequent development coaccused Karu Yadav @ Jai Prakash Yadav has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 60011 of 2017 vide order dated 12.12.2017. It is further stated that the charges have now been framed against the accused persons.

4. Be that as it may, having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jamui, in connection with S.T. No. 107 of 2016 arising out of Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 103 of 15, on the following conditions:-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15921 of 2018 (2) dt.18-04-2018 2/2 (i) That one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner.

(ii) That the petitioner shall not indulge in any similar offence till conclusion of the trial. (iii) That the petitioner shall remain physically present in court on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
