2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Risiup P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 80 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that sister of the informant has been done to death at her matrimonial house by her in-laws due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that no specific allegation has been attributed against them rather the same is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are brother-inlaw of the deceased. The petitioners are separate in mess and business from the husband of the deceased. It is next submitted that the husband of the deceased is already in custody. The petitioners are in custody since 14.08.2025 and have got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that other co-accused has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 20.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56164 of 2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with
