Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance to the Respondent No. 6, i.e., the Sub-Divisional Officer, Hathua, Gopalganj by way of representation (Annexure P/3). The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 6 to consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

4. With the above directions, the present CWJC is disposed of.
