JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Bhabua PS Case No. 344 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b), 26(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that for causing fire arm injury another case was instituted against the petitioner and only general instruments and other materials were recovered from the house of the petitioner and another co-accused has been admitted to bail. It is further submitted that out of the seven antecedents in three cases he has been acquitted.

Learned Counsel for the State submits that many appliances like lathe machibne, driller and many parts of unfinished arms were recovered from the house of the petitioner and the implements were being used for manufacturing illegal country made fire arms and running a mini gun facto0ry, moreover this petitioner has got large number of criminal antecedents, seven in number as mentioned in the bail application.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J) U T
