Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Kotwa PS Case No. 75 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 392 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on parity as some of the co-accused similarly situated namely Sanjeet Kumar and Jitendra Sahani have been admitted to bail by coordinate Benchs of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 53129 of and Cr.

No.

53412 of respectively.

Against this petitioner only material is his confessional statement but neither he was put on TIP nor any other incriminating material has been recovered and he is in custody since 29.7.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Deena Sahani @ Dinanath Sahani is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Motihari East Champaran in connection with Kotwa PS Case No. 75 of 2017.
