JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Bhore PS Case No. 281 of 2017 registered under Section 302 of the IPC. It is submitted that there is dispute relating to a tree between both sides as they are agnates, there is general and omnibus allegation against all accused persons, the petitioner is a lady having no specific allegation against her, moreover the complaint was lodged after a delay of approximately a month since the occurrence. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Most. Fuljharia is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM XII, Gopalganj in connection with Bhore PS Case No. 281 of 2017.
