2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is said to have assaulted on the head of the informant by means of dab due to which the informant became

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that both the parties are gotias and due to dispute over property a simple occurrence of marpeet took place between the parties. It is further submitted that injuries sustained by the injured has been kept reserved by the doctor. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 7th Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil (Dhobaha O . P ) P.S. case No. 312 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2)
