The prayer is for quashing the Notice/Order of District Cooperative Officer, Patna issued vide Memo Number 1806 dated 28.06.2019 contained as Annexure No.6, declaring the same as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction, be issued. From the Annexure-6 issued by the District Cooperative Officer, Patna as contained in Memo No. 1806 dated 28.06.2019, this Court does not find any error in the said order.
