2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 282 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 307,

2/4 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is one of the contract killers who was hired for killing the informant but he could not succeed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2022.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-IV, Patna City/concerned Court below in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 282 of 2022 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Chowk Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner shall appear in the

3/4 trial personally and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.

8. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna will ensure the attendance of the witnesses in the Trial. Ref:- Cr. Misc. No. 81434 of 2024 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
