ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2019, in connection with Jagdishpur (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 230 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 420, 419, 467, 468 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner is frivolous. The allegation as levelled has already been addressed by the authorities by cancelling the license of the petitioner's brother which order has also been subjected to a challenge before the Collector. He, thus, submits that the petitioner may be extended the privilege of the bail.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent,

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
