Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The main allegation of cheating the Bank by getting loan from the Bank by mortgaging forged document is against co-accused Archana Verma and Mayank Shekhar. Petitioner is mother of Archana Verma.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17242 of 2018 (2) dt.29-03-2018 Kotwali (Adampur) Police Station Case No.585 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
