The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 435 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 399, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2019. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one country made loaded Katta with one .313 bore live cartridge and one touch screen mobile were seized.
