Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413,414,34,411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 18,22 and 17 of N.D.P.S.Act.

A stolen mobile was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that having similar allegation, co-accused Prem Pandey @ Kanhaiya has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.4341 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16701 of 2018 (2) dt.26-03-2018 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali Police Station Case No.555 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
