Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.C1 - 72 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498A, 504/34 the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act. Allegation is of demand as well as torture against the petitioners, who happens to be father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the allegations appears to be general in nature and they are old persons.

Having heard both sides and in view of submissions as made above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Sheohar in connection with Complaint Case NoC1-72 of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
