The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown.

Submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Only material is confessional statement of petitioner before police. Considering the fact that there is no material against the petitioner for refusal of bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like
