The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323 /324 /307 /354 / 379/ 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner allegedly caused injury with Dabia, a sharp cutting weapon, at the forehead of the informant. The doctor has found simple injury, which would be evident from the impugned order. There is no allegation of repetition of blow. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the occurrence took place for land dispute.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13836 of 2018 (2) dt.12-03-2018 P2/ Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 170 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
