2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the IPC.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with other co-accused persons snatched a bag of the informant containing amount of Rs.98,110/- with other documents at the gun point.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56306 of 2024 and he is in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77868 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 custody since 29.06.2024. Petitioner has got four criminal antecedents as stated in para-3 of the petition.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail.
6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case that the petitioner has got four criminal antecedents including robbery and making preparation for dacoity, so I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
8. Petitioner is directed to renew his prayer for regular after completion of one year in custody.
