Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barauni (F.C.I.) P.S.Case No. 402 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is that one Ram Niwas Singh issued a cheque for Rs.12,11,000/- and money was transferred in the account of Ram Niwas Singh. However, on enquiry made by Bank Manager it was detected that the cheque was with respect to an amount of Rs.2,11,000/- and thereafter the present case has been filed.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is Bank employee and there is no specific allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14076 of 2018 (2) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 attributed against him and Ram Niwas Singh has been given privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.5.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 12401 of 2016. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Barauni (F.C.I.) P.S.Case No. 402 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
