The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though she has been named in the first information report, there is no material to connect her with the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that the victim girl in her statement made before the court under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has categorically stated that it was only Raunak Miya, who had kidnapped her and taken her to Delhi. So far as the present petitioner is concerned, there is not a whisper about her involvement in the connection with the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S.
