Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is Shala of the informant.

Informant has alleged that the petitioner has kidnapped to his wife and son who are apparently the sister and niece of the petitioner.

Submission is that in fact the informant has himself committed the crime of wrongful confinement and murder of the sister of the petitioner which the petitioner came to know only after arrest in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14122 of 2018 (2) dt.12-03-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hasanpur Police Station Case No.58 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
