JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 15.12.2017 seeks bail in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S.Case No. 98 of 2017 registered under Sections 379 of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that FIR is against unknown and except confessional statement of the petitioner and criminal antecedent, there is no other material against him and motorcycle has also not been recovered from his possession and investigation is complete. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Irshad Alam, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S.
