2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49862 of 2023.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49862 of 2023 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Patna City, Patna in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79429 of 2024(2) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 connection with Daniyawan P.S. Case No. 114 of 2020, and further submitted that the petitioner was suffering from Jaundice and under treatment of Dr. S. Goswami and doctor advice to complete bed rest due to which, the petitioner could not surrender and execute the bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to extend the time for furnishing the bail bonds of the petitioner.

5. In view of the above, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49862 of 2023 be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

6. Accordingly, the order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49862 of 2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
