ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 11.08.2019, in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 321 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are driver and cleaner of the truck and have nothing to do with the rice which is loaded in it. It is further submitted that the petitioners have clean antecedent and are languishing in jail.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal

Case No. 321 of 2019.
