JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 10.12.2017, seeks bail in Desari PS Case No. 23 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail on the ground of parity as the person who disclosed his name in the confessional statement namely Deepak Kumar has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 1396 of 2018 and except that there is no other material against him. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Satish Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM 2nd Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari PS Case No. 23 of 2017.
