JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Kashichak P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019, disclosing offences under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that police chased two persons, who were carrying a bag one persons succeeded in fleeing away throwing the bag and one persons was arrested and there was recovery of 3 litres of country made liquor. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and though he is named in the F.I.R but there is no source of information mentioned in the F.I.R. and even co-accused has not named this petitioner.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. -IIcum-Special Court, Nawada, in connection with Kashichak P.S.
