Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 corresponding to Excise Case No. 484 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition And Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The allegation against the petitioners is that Police raided the house of the petitioners and allegedly recovered total quantity of 122.625 liters of illicit liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is the father and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are the

Learned counsel submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 20.07.2019. Having regard to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the fact that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 20.07.2019, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on regular bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioners Badri Ram, Vikas Kumar Ram @ Vikas Kumar @ Vikas Ram and Rupesh Kumar Ram @ Rupesh Kumar @ Rupesh Ram be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. -II-cum - Special Judge Excise Act, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S.
