Petitioner is accused in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 333 of 2019 registered under Section 395 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.09.2019.
