JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for removal of encroachment made over the public land in question. This Court is of the opinion that in case, the petitioner seeks removal of encroachment from the public land, he is required to approach the concerned Circle Officer i.e. the Circle Officer, Nauhatta Block, District-Rohtas, in the present case, under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Circle Officer under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.
