The petitioner is accused in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 400 of 2017, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 60 bottles, each containing 600 ML country made liquor kept on the black colour motorcycle without registration number belongs to the petitioner, while petitioner succeeded to flee away leaving his motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 25.01.2018. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17957 of 2018(2) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Katihar in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 400 of 2017.
