1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

2. Earlier the petitioner had moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 25869/2022. The said case was argued by the learned Advocate Mr. Dhananjay Kumar Tiwari, who sought permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application and accordingly Cr. Misc. No. 25869/2022 was permitted to be withdrawn by order dated 02.11.2022. It appears that the petitioner has become wise and has engaged a new counsel. With change of counsel the second anticipatory bail would not become maintainable, as such, the court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail.
