2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Manjhi P.S. Case No. 194 of 2024 registered under Section 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)(a), 35 & 26 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegedly, on the tip off, the informant along with other police personnel reached at the place of occurrence and seeing the police party, the accused persons were found fleeing away but one of the accused was apprehended and one loaded country-made pistol along with one live cartridge and other articles were recovered.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the accused arrested on the spot, disclosed the name of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79817 of 2024(2) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 petitioner. The apprehended accused from whose possession, one country-made pistol and one live cartridge was recovered has been granted regular bail by this court.

5. Learned Additional P.P. has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 194 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
