2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 202 of 2023, for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that altogether 1170 litres of Nepali country made liquor was recovered from the banks of Kamla river.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that search was made on an information received to the police, except that information there is nothing against this

Petitioner is having nine criminal antecedents out of which five of similar nature and he is in custody since 20.07.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 202 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise, Madhubani. (Ashok Kumar Pandey, J) Ranjeet/- U T
