Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No.212 of 2017, registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner purchased a mobile which is stolen one, however, he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.12.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Awdesh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
