2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(A), 325, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, it is a case of assaulting to the informant and her husband by the petitioner along with coaccused persons due to which they sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. The alleged occurrence took place due to prohibition made by informant from passing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79599 of 2023(3) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 through pathway. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 27.7.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 341 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-V, Supaul.
