The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Pachurkhi P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354, 354-B, 452, 383, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioners that though the occurrence of offence is alleged to have taken place on 02.05.2019, a complaint was filed on 21.05.2018 which was referred to the police pursuant to which

No.69120 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 the FIR was instituted on 01.07.2019, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Pachurkhi P.S. Case No.153 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
