Petitioner is accused in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 123 of 2018 registered under Section 395 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 72356 of 2018 (Anneuxre-2). It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.06.2019.
