Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No.2 of 2018, registered under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the stolen motorcycle was recovered from possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner purchased the motorcycle from one Raju Yadav. Having considered the recovery of the stolen motorcycle from possession of the petitioner, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is presently rejected in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No.2 of 2018 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Madhubani.

If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail.
