Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No.113 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b)a,26 Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2019 and charge has been framed against him.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of his
