Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended at the spot soon after picking the pocket of the informant. Some cash was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.10.2017.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
