Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2019.

Case No. 282 of 2019.
