2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in the present case registered for offences under Sections 323, 324, 120B, 406, 409, 420, 504, 307 ,379, 384, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused took Rs. 2 Lakh from the informant in the name of registration of 0.3 decimal land and on 19.02.2024 when the informant asked for its registration, the petitioner, and other co-accused started abusing and they assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka/concerned court below in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No.143 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
